Dennis York spearheads an experienced team that designs, creates and delivers professional services solutions to VoicePlus customers. Dennis imparts a level of professionalism into VoicePlus only 20 plus years specific to voice processing affords. He began his career in the voice processing market holding the Director of Sales Engineering position Centigram Communications. There, Dennis played an integral part in the deployment of systems for major international customers, setting the stage for his commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Dennis then moved on to spend several years working directly for each of the manufacturers represented in the VoicePlus product portfolio. Dennis’s responsibilities include the coordination of all VoicePlus major installations and involvement in pre sales engineering. He oversees the objectives of project teams and project personnel to ensure timely supply of high quality project deliverables. He interacts with customers, manufactures and VoicePlus employees to assure consistent performance and quality of work. Dennis also reviews emerging technologies to understand the significance and potential impact to the VoicePlus customer base.
