Legacy Systems

Legacy, for those unfamiliar with the term, Legacy refers to products no longer
manufactured (or, in many cases, supported). VoicePlus continues to service and support all of the above Legacy based voicemail products.

VoicePlus has been marketing, installing and servicing the Centigram Platform since our inception in 1986. Centigram’s messaging platform addressed the needs of both Customer Premise and Service Provider environment. In 1996, Centigram sold its Service Provider (SP) division which is now owned by SS8 Networks; and the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) Division became Baypoint Innovations and is now Mitel Networks selling the product as the NuPoint Messenger.

We offer support and replacement / expansion hardware for Centigram CPE and SP equipment. Supported Releases include:

• Centigram VoiceMemo II, Release 4.0, 5.0 – 5.04
• Baypoint Innovations, Model 70 / 120 / 640
• Mitel NuPoint Messenger, Release 6.0 – 7.0
• SS8 Networks, Series 6, Release 6.0 – 6.3, BSP

We also provide labor support and hardware replacement for VMX and Octel products:

• Octel 250 & 350 Aria
• Lucent Octel Sierra, IMA
• Octel 200 & 300 Serenade VMX
