Suzette
Anderson, Executive Director of Administration and Customer
Service
Suzette Anderson has
been a part of the VoicePlus family for more than 18 years,
serving internal business requirements and customers in
positions of increasing responsibility and complexity. Suzette
Anderson joined VoicePlus, Inc. 1990 as a sales and marketing
representative and in 1998 accepted the position as Director
of Inside Sales and Customer Care. In this role, Suzette
was responsible for providing professional service support
and training to business customers throughout the United
States. From there her roll with the company has evolved;
from budget administration and strategic planning through
hiring, customer training, account management and customer
service. Suzette is charged with fulfilling contract obligations,
evolving customer needs, and recommending new solutions
based upon our broad spectrum of services. Ms Anderson earned
her bachelor’s degree in business management at Utah
State University and currently sits on the Alumni Fund-Raising
Committee.
